I'm offering free coaching for people on the front line of dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic

Gratitude

I can think of lots of people to whom we should be expressing our gratitude during this global pandemic. In particular I'm aware that many people are putting themselves at risk and exposing themselves to very difficult situations to fulfil important roles (whether paid or unpaid, whether willing or out of necessity) to keep society functioning. I don't think for a moment that coaching is a panacea, but I'm certain there is value to offering a space for people to talk away from work and home.

5x 40-min sessions available each week to UK-based people who are on the 'front line'

I'm conscious that 'frontline' is a deliberately vague term. I couldn't begin to define and limit who 'deserves' my gratitude. For that reason, I'm offering five (5) 40-minute slots each week to UK-based people on the frontline and I'm open to whatever definition of 'frontline worker' you may want to use (within reason).

Additional 5x 40-min sessions each week to non-UK people who are on the 'front line'

I work with people all over the world and one of the main things of which the pandemic has reminded us is that the world is a small place and that we are united by our humanity. I'm offering a further five (5) 40-minute sessions each week to people on the front line of fighting the pandemic and keeping society running in countries outside of the United Kingdom.

How Many Free Sessions Will Each Person Get?

Each person can have one free weekly coaching session each week for six weeks. There's no obligation to complete all six if you decide that you no longer need to. All the sessions will be carried out over a video call using Skype, Zoom, Hangouts, WhatsApp or Facetime.

If you know anyone who you think would benefit from some weekly coaching and who in some way is on the front line of this crisis, please message me or message them. The same goes if you would like to book some free coaching for yourself.
