Success

Defining success is more complicated than it first appears because there are so many ways to measure it. In coaching an important question might be 'what does success mean to you in this particular context?' And to what extent are you influenced by your perception of how others might measure success? Once you're clear about what success means to you it becomes easier to set meaningful, congruent goals and stay motivated to achieve them.
