What is coaching?

Coaching is a -conversation-based process focused on helping individuals or groups/ teams to explore their present situation and their ways of seeing, interpreting and interacting with their world so that they can access and develop their full range of options, skills and resources to create the future they want. Do I need to be in London to work with you?

No - I do all of my coaching via video or audio call and work with clients all around the world. All you need is access to a reliable internet connection and somewhere you feel comfortable without interruption. Read my REVIEWS page for a taste of where my clients are from.

How much does it cost to work with you?

You can find all of my prices on the GET STARTED page. I offer a discount for packages of 6 or more sessions. Please message me if you have any queries about my prices that are not answered on the website. 

What do I need for my coaching session?

1. Please ensure you log in to the call on time and that you're located in a suitably quiet, comfortable and private environment;
2. You will need a reliable wifi connection;
3. Check that your device is fully charged or attached to a power supply; 
4. Please check that the audio and microphone are working befor ethe call starts;
5. I also recommend that you have a way of taking notes during the call and that you know more or less what you want to talk about during the session.

Do you have a referral scheme?

Yes - if you're an existing customer or want to start, and you make a referral to someone who becomes a customer I will give you $5 of credit towards your own coaching costs for each subsequent session they book with me (up to $50 per referral). So if you refer two people who do 6 sessions each, you get $60 of credit. I will also offer a 10% discount to the person you refer. Please MESSAGE ME to get your referral code.

How long is each session?

Each session lasts approximately 55-60 minutes. That's enough time to make good progress on a specific question or dilemma.
If you want to tackle something more complex I would recommend booking a package of sessions to save money and enable us to plan our work together.

Can I reschedule a session after I've booked?

I'm happy to reschedule any call if you give me at least 24 hours notice. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice I will offer you a rescheduled call but will need to reduce its duration to 45 minutes.

Do you 'give back' in any way?

I use Kiva.org to make micro loans to female entrepreneurs in developing countries. I make a $25 loan for every 10 sessions that I sell. I also occasionally offer pro bono coaching.

How will you call me?

During the booking process you will be asked which platform you prefer for video calls. I usually use Zoom, Skype or Hangouts, but I can also use WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber and Wechat. Each of these is free to download and free to use. Please don't hesitate to MESSAGE ME if you have any further questions about how this works.

How do I pay?

The booking system on the GET STARTED page accepts debit or credit cards.


I also accept payment in Bitcoin or Ethereum and can accept bank transfers in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or NZD.
