What is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation-based process focused on individuals or groups /teams. The process relies on the client’s own resources to help them to see and test alternative ways for improving competence, beliefs, decision making and enhancement of quality of life.

What do I need for my coaching session?

Please ensure you log in to the call on time and that you're in a suitably quiet, comfortable and private environment. You'll need to be sure of a good wifi connection and that your device is fully charged or attached to a power supply. I also recommend that you have a way of taking notes during the call and that, if possible, you know more or less what you want to talk about during the session (though some of the best of coaching sessions are about working out what exactly you want to work on).

How long does a session last?

Each session lasts approximately 55-60 minutes.
